Course Description
This professional development course addresses one of the most challenging aspects of practice: managing difficult client situations while maintaining professionalism and protecting boundaries. Participants will learn strategies for de-escalation, communication, and conflict resolution, as well as techniques for setting clear professional limits to support both client safety and practitioner well-being. Case studies and role-play scenarios will be used to build confidence in handling real-world situations.
